We have an opening for the post of Branch Manager in Ahmedabad/Chennai

Job Description :

- Candidate should be from Any sector

- To handle the team of Front Sales officer.

- To handle the whole Branch

- To work as Branch Manager and motivate the team to achieve given target

- To ensure performance of Agency Managers with respect to recruitment of Advisors & achievement of business targets.

- Relationship Management (Internal & External) to drive performance.

- Drive local sales promotion effort for to support team members in achieving business targets.

- Joint sales calls with team members, when ever required.

- Flexible for travelling.

- To responsible for profitability of branch.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should have at least 2 Year exp In sales.

- Must have good team handling Skill

- Working with people

- Entrepreneurial and commercial focus

- Drive for results

- High Confidence levels, good Communication

- Should have stable past career employment history.

- Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track records.

Skill :

- Marketing & Sales

- Business Development.

- Good sales & negotiation skill.

Education & Qualification:

- MBA & PGDM

Age : 25-32 Years

Experience Required: Minimum 2-6 year in Any Industry in Sales.

Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
