A Leading Telecom Company With Pan India Operations is Looking for Branch Manager -Large Enterprise Sales for their Chennai Location.
Job Description :
1. Acquire, manage and grow high potential accounts (Revenue scale of 1 cr.)
2. Gather market information, derive competition insight and create unique selling propositions.
3. Plan the business, projects, and budget in line with the corporate strategy.
4. Manage key clients and relationships to maximize the usage of audio conferencing services
5. Identify opportunities to drive growth through 'Enterprise Bridge Solutions'.
6. Responsible for training and performance management for a team of Corporate Sales Managers.
7. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
Desired candidate profile :
1. Well networked with bluechip Indian companies and MNCs
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in team handling with span of 3 -5 direct reportees. A good motivator and a mentor
3. Work experience between 6 to 10 years from IT/Telecom.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Good analytical skills and proficient in MS Office
6. Good track record of building relations and outperforming revenue goals
7. Responsible for branch profitability and branch targets
8. Resourceful, Street smart and an aggressive go-getter
