JOB OUTLINE
Title - Branch Customer Marketing Manager
- Reporting: Matrix Reporting. Administratively - Branch Head, Functionally - Head - Customer Marketing
Location :Delhi
- Key Stakeholders:
o Within Function - ASM Teams, Central Customer Marketing Teams
o Cross Function - Supply Chain Teams, Commercial team, Brand Marketing
Pre-requisite Requirements
- Qualification: MBA Premier 'B' School
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of overall work experience (at least 2 years in Customer Marketing)
- Technical Competencies:
o In Depth understanding of FMCG Distribution dynamics, Role of channel activations, Trade Spend ROI maximization and strategies to drive last mile execution
o Highly proficient in MS Office/Excel, Adept at Sales technology tools utilisation and development
Behavioural Competencies:
o Proactive, result oriented, owns the work, takes initiatives on his own
o Excellent communication skills - should be able to interact with multiple stakeholders
o Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the owner and anchor of all National programmes and initiatives being rolled out for the Branch and Sales team members within the branch.
- Be the Voice of the Branch for building credence with the marketing function for sizeable share/distribution maximization opportunities across states/geographies within the branch
- Build buy in and disproportionate share of mind and share of effort with the field teams basis close work for a strong execution culture along with the Branch Head
- Ensure Trade Investment budgets are well within agreed levels of spends as well as ROI.
- Work very closely across all allied functions such as Supply, Commercial and IT to ensure the given agendas fall into place operationally as per aligned timelines
