THE JOB :
- Achieve Sales Target of the State
- Manage a team of sales managers
- Channel Expansion thro appointment of FOFOs, MBOs, Modern Trade and Institutional Sales.
- Sales Promotional Activities
- New Product Launch/ BTL Activities
- Review, maintain and improve sales & productivity of team and channel partner against the target on a monthly basis.
- Must have Good Communication Skills and Analytical Skills. strategies and business development.
- Experience in planning market
- Must have Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Develop business plan for long term sales and generating business.
- Mapping, analysing and taking corrective action on competitors activity.
THE CANDIDATE
Must have:
- Experience in Consumer durable, White goods, Furniture, Consumer electronics industries (Candidates from Plywood, Paints and building material must not apply)
- Fulltime MBA (Marketing) with 8-15 years experience
- Must have handled multiple cities
- Must have managed a team of 5-8 sales managers
- Must have travelled extensively (15+ days in a month)
- Must have handled channel sales and General trade
- Age not more than 38
- Must have been responsible for 40cr+ business
