Job Role:
- Team management: To direct and guide team members.
- Driving business: To drive the business and achieve required business plan and growth.
- Channel management: To understand the requirement of each of the channel (say retail, distribution, trade, key accounts, B2Betc) and add value to the channel business.
- Operations & SOPs: Ensure strict adherence of SOPs, with respect to channel and depot operations.
- Depot management: Stock planning, Monitoring and control of merchandise.
- Creative & innovative thinking: To come up with creative ideas of improving retail and other channel business.

Experience Requirements:
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a leading role.
- Should have handled retail, distribution and key accounts channels. More importantly, should have handled on rolls team.
Mobility/Travel: Should be willing to travel for 8 to 10 days a month.
Computer Skills: MS excel, Power point.
- Delhi / NCR Experience is a must
