Role: Branch Manager
1. Sales Achievement : Sales target achievement & sales forecasting as per Business Plan.
2. Sales & Distribution Strategy: Analysis & Forecasting for Business Plan target v/s achievement, RTGS. Define & execute Distribution strategy.
3. Model Mix Availability: Ensure model mix availability as per allocated budget.
4. Pricing [ASP & Schemes] : Maintain ASP limits Control scheme variations.
5. Trend Analysis, Network loss analysis & Corrective action plan for network expansion. Ensure monthly availability of stock & Monitoring commercial activities for AR control
6. Network Expansion / Correction Strategy: Monitor and control Sales distribution plan through Direct Dealer / AWD. Suggest Network Expansion, Correction & Channel Management strategies to ASR/SO/SE/AM/DMs.
7. Inventory Tracking & Control Over dues: Inventory tracking, support & aging analysis; tracking & controlling overdue outstanding. Minimum planning of two months stock requirements and liquidating the aging material.
8. Product Benchmarking
9. Sales Activation Plan: BTL activities including AWD/Dealer meets & brand positioning.
10. Visual Merchandising: Effective execution of BTL activities, Product display availability, and support, POP distribution, ISD placement & education as per defined guidelines.
11. Review Meetings with Service: Conduct review meetings with Service Team on Depreciation Policy, Sales Return, Spare Parts Availability, Service Executive Performance & Dealer/Customer satisfaction.
12. Team Performance Review & Tracking: Sales Team Reward
