Our client is a world renowned leader in the field of consumables related to Fashion accessories & Apparels. They have strong business presence globally as well as in India with a credible track record for several decades and having revenues of over 1 Billion USD.

In order to meet their growth & aggressive expansion plans they are looking to hire a Branch Manager to be based in Ernakulam.

Role

Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of location city and upcountry locations

1. Channel Sales & Key Account Management

2. Sales and distribution for entire state in Consumer division

3. Responsible for Branch operations & Collections

4. Warehouse Management & Despatches

5. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

6. Managing people - 35 - 50 including C & FA employees

7. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

8. Recruitment and Training & Development of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

Candidate Profile

- MBA from Premier B Schools like IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SP Jain, NMIMs, KG Somaiah, IMT Ghaziabad, Symboisis

- 2 - 4 years of prior relevant work experience

- Experience in consumer goods - preferably from industries like paints, lubricants, adhesives, FMCG/Foods/fast moving consumer durables like mobile handsets
