- Represent Brand and Lead Sales and Distribution of Commercial PC Products

- Preparing market level sales and distribution strategy and execution plans

- Recruit and build a strong capable sales team

- Identify and appoint high potential and highly committed distribution partners as per the distribution plan.

- Drive Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through targets achievement

- Maximize quarterly active SI/VAR partner base

- Effectively build strong relationship with the channel partners

- Plan optimal channel outreach based on the business strategy

- Stock management at all channel levels

- Pricing management

- Plan and drive sales team actions

- Funnel management

- Drive local level marketing and sales activation programs with support from marketing teams

- Ensure product training / demo experience management for sales team / distribution partners / SI partners sales teams

- Co-ordinate with service teams in case of customized service requirement or customer escalations

- Competition Track and benchmarking.

- Sales reports preparation
