Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Sales Maintain relationship with WBG (wholesale banking group) and SMEAG (Small-Medium scale enterprise agriculture group)

- Responsible for client satisfaction and services

- Responsible to generate income for the organization to make the profit

- Enhance the CRV (Customer Relationship Value)

- NCA (New Customer Acquisition) to generate more profits

- Look after the compliance, audit related issues of the bank

- Mentor team members and provide training to other team members

- Liaison with other groups like Operations team, IT team (for product enhancement etc.)

Deliverables :

- Income Numbers generate or earn income for the organization

- Managing the relationship with corporate customers

- Getting more business for the organization by acquiring new customers

- Managing the compliance and audit related issues and their functioning as per their norms
