Position Title : Branch Manager for Commercial Banking .

Job Responsibilities
As Branch Manager for Commercial Banking Branch the role is as follows.
- Manage a team of relationship managers to source business for the Bank.
- Responsible for generating sales through trade operations of various financial transactions like Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Buyers Credit (BC), Suppliers Credit (SC), LC confirmations, Pre-shipment & Post shipment finance of export transactions.
- Responsible for key customer relations for achieving status of most preferred banker, thereby ensuring that all their business transactions, statutory payments are routed through the Bank.
- Continuously monitoring market share of the bank with respect to finance segment and develop various strategies with focused customer relations to ensure increase in wallet share of the bank.
- Continuously review performance of the bank covered under assigned segment for all the financial instruments, prepare win loss analysis, customer wise inflow under each product, prepare combo offers to achieve higher business volumes from clients and report to the think tank of the bank about competitive environment and banks performance for all financial products.
- Closely coordinate with customers and keep update on their business plan thereby requirement of bank services under various financial products, and prepare attractive business offerings for clients thereby ensuring that bank gets largest share of client business transactions.
- Continuous coordination with various offshore banks for clients funding requirement for its import transactions thereby offering cost effective financial solution to clients.
- Advise clients on regulation & risk aspects for various trade transactions.
- Conducting regular Trade Finance training.
