Branch Manager/ Cluster Branch Manager -Rajasthan (Various locations)

Accountabilities :

- Responsible for the Day to Day audit and compliance to be adhered at branch banking level such as Five S, Updation of important notices .

- Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) etc.

- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance.

- Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation.

- Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services.

- Also take care regarding the reports to be generated in branch banking with respect to audit and compliance on daily basis, fortnightly basis and monthly basis as well.

- Also responsible for day to day business generation for all kinds of products mainly Saving accounts, Current Accounts, Gold loan, Kcc (Kisan Credit Card) etc.

Salary: Upto 20 LPA
