Planning:
a) Owns and lead development of monthly demand plan for the branch.
b) Leads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets.
c) Drives sales target-setting for on- ground sales and conducts periodic reviews.
d) Ensure accurate monthly stock planning, logistics management and sales forecasting.
Business Partnering:
a) Develop strong win-win partnerships with channel and trade partners, including creating joint business plans with a medium to long-term view.
b) Identifies, evaluates new trade partners (TP) and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed.
c) Develops TP engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen TP relation.
Execution Excellence:
a) Leverages trade marketing inputs (schemes/activations) effectively, with a focus on investment and the opportunity to grow.
b) Executes sales volume and value targets for branch, leveraging sales analytics.
c) Manages execution of BTL initiatives.
d) Works with BSM for the better management of defectives, TP coverage by field service team and works with BLM to manage stock fulfilment.
