Branch Manager - BFSI (6-10 yrs)

- Responsible for handling Branch and a Team of 30 Sales Manager.

- Responsible to source Personal Loans through DSA and DST.

- Responsible to handle all Mass channels of Mumbai to achieve highest volumes for Branch.

- To develop, identify & appoint DSAs, & DST while identifying business area.

- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.

- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
