Job Description Of Branch Manager:
Key Responsibility:
- Will be responsible for generating revenue for the respective branch through HNIs, Retail clients & Franchisee.
- Will be responsible for achieving surplus through New Business development. Should focus on all the products including equity, derivatives (F&O), currency, commodities, MF & PMS.
- Will be responsible for taking initiatives for building ShareKhan brand in the locality. Should be responsible for expansion of client base including (HNI, Ground, and Web).
- Develop business through appointment of new franchisees in the territory.
- Will be responsible for achieving brokerage productivity per RM Will be responsible for achieving brokerage productivity per client (HNI and Retail) & achieve client profitability.
- Should ensure adherence to all compliance as laid down by Risk and Compliance. Should ensure harmonious relationships with employees & team members & take initiatives to build employees capability.
- Responsible to achieve all advisory product targets of branch.
- Will be responsible for cross selling third party products for the branch
- Should help branch team achieve their productivity as defined by company.
- Gather assets in products as defined in KPI
- To Drive business thru Team of RM/AM/SE/IS
- Maintain I/E Ratio of 3:1 from Direct businesss & 4:1 including franchisee business.
