Branch Manager

- Handling the overall branch book of 200 Crores.

- Overall self-acquisition of more than 10 crores in one month.

- Carrying out the activities for selling life and non-life insurance products and other investment products

- Guiding the sales force of the branch to increase the overall revenue generation of the branch

- Imparting training to new staff for all the processes, thereby ensuring capability building of the staff

- Driving productivity in terms of revenue and NCA from team members and enhancing their relationship with the managed customers.

- Carrying out the activities for selling life and non-life insurance products and other investment products

- Guiding the sales force of the branch to increase the overall revenue generation of the branch

- Holding the responsibility of managing specialised branch operations like Lockers, etc.

- Ensuring adherence to audit compliance and regular checking of vouchers, requests, deliverables & inventory, monitoring office accounts, customer escalations and ensuring good service delivery with compliance

- Imparting training to new staff for all the processes, thereby ensuring capability building of the staff
