Scope of the Role:

- As a Branch Manager at a leading Bank, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Retail Branch Banking.

- You will be the face of the Bank and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the branch operations, and ensuring the branch meets its financial goals.

- You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

- You will be the go-to person for all banking related queries and will be the driving force behind the branch's success.

- With your enthusiasm and dedication, you will be the leader of the team and will be instrumental in achieving the Bank's goals.

Job Description:

-Manage the daily operations of the retail branch banking, including customer service, sales, and financial transactions.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve performance.

- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.

- Monitor and manage branch budgets.

- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.

- Identify and resolve customer service issues.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

Ideal Candidates:
