Experience: Min of 10 years experience in banking and 2-3 years as Branch Manager experience

Job description:

- Responsible for meeting the branch targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.

- Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer.

- Responsible for managing, training and motivating staff.

Branch Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market share.

Customer Service:

- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers.

- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support.

- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Sales and Business Development:

- Drive sales and cross-selling initiatives to meet branch revenue targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community leaders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Manage risk effectively to protect the branch and the company.

Financial Performance:

- Monitor branch financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
