- Maintaining Cordial relationship with customer & acquiring new customer for increase of GL.

- Achieving the targets assigned to branch under priority sector lending i.e. Business loans, Gold loans.

- Marketing Liability Products & asset products to increase the branch book size on Liabilities & Advances, Cross selling of TPP Products.

- Managing Team smoothly running the day to day operations without any errors handling entire operations related to day to day operations & sales.

- Handling the customer's service request and resolve the customer queries
