- Both the efficiency and speed of the service. defining criteria and providing services. offering additional products in order to satisfy the customer's professional needs. sale of goods without a deposit. progressively set cross-selling goals.

- Sales of insurance and mutual funds.

- Branch Administration Fee Income

- Adherence to Regulations

- Oversee the team members' general morale and productivity in the branch.
