Branch Manager - Bank

We hiring! Branch Manager (Tier1 bank), exp 6+ & Delhi based,

Require BM to BM.

Position : Branch Head - Chief Manager (M-5 grade)

Location : Gurgaon \ Delhi \Noida

CTC : Fixed + Incentives+ Reimbursement.

Responsibilities :

- Team Handling, recruitment, identification, training and development

- Responsible for sourcing quality saving and current account Sales through customer acquisition team.

- Developing branch Book size, casa / TD growth.

- Maintaining relationship with branch clients and looking for big corporate tie-ups.

- Generate revenue month on month through sales of third party products like LI, GI, MF,HL including in house products like credit card, LAP and brooking.

- Adhering to KYC norms and other sales process and compliance.

- Regular check on non maintained accounts and getting them off through weeding process.

- Responsible for achievement of CASA budget of the branch.

- Drive third party sales (Life Insurance, Mutual funds, General Insurance) from the front desk staff & sales team.

- Responsible for achievement of loans budget of the branch.

- Developing relationship with HNIs, corporate houses & SMEs to procure business across product categories.

- Ensuring compliance of various statutory requirements as per audit guidelines as well as regulations laid down by various acts governing banking operations i.e KYC, AML,etc

- Responsible for all aspects of bank operations & sales; handling Savings Bank Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposit Accounts, Cash Credit Accounts, all type of liability banking products deposits, cash management systems, remittances, collections & clearings, etc.
