Job Description:

- As a Branch Manager based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch's operations, ensuring profitability, and leading a dynamic team.

- Your role will encompass a variety of functions aimed at driving the branch's success and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Profitability Management:

- Maintain and optimize the branch's profitability by strategizing and implementing effective financial management practices.

- Analyze financial reports and implement measures to enhance revenue and minimize costs.

Target Setting & Management:

- Set realistic and challenging targets for the branch in terms of numbers and volumes.

- Monitor progress towards targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met.

Portfolio Quality Management:

- Oversee superior underwriting processes to ensure high-quality portfolio management.

- Collaborate with the collections team to manage and mitigate credit risk effectively.

Cost Management:

- Manage all operating costs of the branch, including cost of acquisition, operations, and other expenditures.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

People Management:

- Motivate and lead the branch team to achieve high performance and job satisfaction.

- Handle HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Customer Experience Management:

- Ensure a superior customer experience through efficient handling of service issues, collections, and pre-closures.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in branch management or a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of profitability management, target setting, and portfolio quality control.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Proficiency in cost management and operational efficiency.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Relevant certifications or professional qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus
