Responsibility:

- Responsible for all account opening process, KYC documentation and form checking.

- Responsible for activation, depletion and FTNR.

- Responsible for PB and co-ex productivity and income.

- Taking care of branch sales, monitoring and managing team

- Taking care of instant kit, deliverables of the branch and responsible for the same.

- Looking after the stop payment, a/c closer and other customer instructions.

- Responsible for cash, non- cash and Customer transactions.

- Lobby Management.

- Resolutions of Customer queries and complaints.

- Managing Vault limit and vault custodian.

- Supervising all Cash & Non- Cash transaction like DD/MC ,Fund transfers, Forex Remittance

- Processing all RTGS ,& NEFT transactions

- Reconcile all suspense A/c and maintain the register.

- Key Register and updation.

- Check daily Sub copy of DD/MC.

- Maintenance of specimen signature cards.

- Review Branch Reports like EOD (End of Day Reports),Cash Position reports, instrument issued reports, Large

- Cash transaction reports, RTGS reports, NEFT reports

- Monitoring of dummy A/c, Suspense A/c, Deferred A/c, Accounts Payable /Receivable

- Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts registers as per the require format.

- Daily updation of Bulk Stock register, Precious Metal register
