We have Opening for Branch Manager in a leading Bank based in Delhi .

Exp- 5 to 15 yrs

Job Description:

- Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial product offerings of the Bank

- Managing and monitoring performance of all the sales resources and attrition control of customers

- Responsible for all related process checks as custodian of vaults and joint custodian of systems administration and setup within the branch

- Ensure all laid down system and process are followed as stipulated by Audit and Senior Management by carrying out Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches

- Handling and Servicing Accounts of Corporate clients, High Net worth Clients

- Operations & process Management (Retail Loans, Cash Management, Account opening, Forex, Locker Maintenance, General Ledger, Service request for Corporate's and other customers).

- People Management.

- Manage and improve performance of client servicing, core banking applications and processes, transaction processing.

- Managing Operational risk (risk associated with business process).

- Monitoring staff's adherence to established policies and procedures, including deadlines and accuracy.
