ROLE SUMMARY: Drive business for the region with the help of sales team by improving market share, profitability & growth across channels & products for the hub location with all its associated sales offices & remote executive locations with a strong focus on affordable segment growth.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
- Driving business through acquiring new customers for the allocated region through achievement of self as well as team targets
- Lead the sales team through adequate training enabling the region to reach maximum productivity and achieve business goals
- Nurturing the relationship with all sourcing partners - Connectors, DMAs, NDMAs, Referral Partners and I Bank
- Enhancing business through increase in market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geography penetration along with other products i.e. LAP, Gold loan, Fixed deposits and Insurance
- Creating and maintaining relationship with builders, property dealers, CAs and all kinds of probable sourcing partners by paying regular visits
- Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service.
- Meets the customer needs with agility and speed by ensuring smooth process from onboarding to disbursement
- Maintenance of portfolio health by ensuring lend to collect culture is followed up to the last mile
- Ensure adherence to credit compliance and risk frameworks
KEY SKILLS :
- Proven experience of Business Development in Tier II and III towns
- Understanding of mortgage related products and credit policies
- Thorough understanding of market landscape and competitors in the region
- Leadership and team management skills
- Selling, negotiation skills and excellent relationship management skills
