Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd located in Kolhapur.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, customer service, staff supervision, and financial performance.

The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
