Company : Leading General Insurance Company

Role : Branch Manager - Agency.

Designation: Open to discussion.

Location : Tirupati / Anantapur / Kadapa / Ongole / Nalgonda / Kukatpally / Hosur

Responsibilities:

Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

- Handling the health retail product.

- Maintaining relationships with health agents.

- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.

- To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the health agents.

- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.

- Coordinating with all team members in planning and conducting agent's meets, health camps, eye checkup camps and other marketing activities on a regular basis.

- Training & motivating the health agents to qualify for contests and thus bring in incremental business.
