Job Overview :

The Collections Analyst role will be responsible for managing the day to day collections operations. This role reports to the Collections Lead, India.

Responsibilities :

- Perform collections analytics using various collections productivity matrices

- Support in maintaining relations with collections agencies

- Agency performance management - performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callers

- Maintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularly

- Maintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basis

- Initiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in collections (experience in Fintech industry preferred)

Deep understanding of excel and data analysis (SQL knowledge preferred)

Good communicator and a team player

Good presentation skills

Passionate about improving processes and taking initiatives
