Reporting : Regional Sales Head

Segments : Retail(30%) & Projects / OEM (70%)

Products : Low Voltage Switchgears / Panels

Target Segment/Industry : BCP (Building & Commercial Projects) - Builders, Retail Chains, Banks, Hospitals, etc./ OEMs

Government (State, Central & PSU's), Trade (Retail), Contractors, Consultants & Channels.

Responsibilities :

- P&L Ownership of All Business Verticals pertaining to the territory

- Business Development & Product Placement

- Formulating Business Plan - Revenue, Profitability & Reach vs. Segment, Vertical & Geography

- Customer Engagement & New Customer Development

- Channel Management (Project & Trade)

- Consultative Selling - Specification/Prescription management with target verticals

- Implementation of Schemes and benefits

- Campaigns & Branding

- Manage Supply Chain, Finance & Customer Support team

- Nurture & develop talent pool within the team/organization

Education: BE/B.Tech (Mandatory).
