Location/Geography : Chennai  About the role:  Chennai branch features in the top 6 cities for the business, and is a key branch for the business. The Chennai Branch head role reports to Senior Vice President – Corporate Sales, and it is part of the senior leadership team in the sales structure of the company.  Job Purpose:  - To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online based real estate solutions to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.  Key Responsibility Areas:  Sales & Revenue Generation:  - Responsible for achievement of revenue targets for Chennai and a few nearby small branches.  - Drive aggressive push in the retail accounts category by ensuring high client acquisition rates consistently, servicing them well by ensuring high usage rates, hence giving a higher ROI for clients’ investment.  - Be a role model for acquiring Key Accounts - Builders & Developer category by developing good working relationships with the CXO level and be a top of the mind partner for them.   Team Management:   - Incharge of the Chennai Branch, leading a team of 40 sales team members.  - Responsible for coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team members.  - Responsible for overall health of the branch in “I-Speak – Employee Feedback Survey”  Cross functional leadership  - Liaison with various teams like HR, Marketing, Product Development, Finance & accounts for fulfillment of branch level requirements.  KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role)  - Overall Profitability of the branch   - Team Retention & motivation  - Client retention rates, New Client acquisition rates, Discount %age availed, lost clients rate   - Ensuring the no-1 position of the brand in the Market by clocking highest volumes, product usage by clients, maximum no. of postings etc.  Requirements:  - PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School  - 8-12 years of Experience in Corporate Sales / B2B retail sales of which atleast 4-5 years should have been in a front-line sales role.  - Should have managed large sales team directly or through hierarchy.   - Should be able to lead from front, should be willing to get his/her hands dirty, believes in making sales calls himself/ herself, meeting customers, doing targets.  - Should have exposure to good quality sales systems/processes in order to effectively manage a growing salesforce.  Interested people can apply by using the apply button below.
