Job Description : This position involves overseeing the overall operations of the North branch and driving business growth in the FMCG and Food industry.

Description:

- Driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the North branch.

- Overseeing the overall operations of the branch.

- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the FMCG and Food industry.

- Implementing business strategies to enhance market presence in the North.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Managing and leading a high-performing team to deliver excellent results.

- Identifying market trends and customer needs to guide business decisions.

- Collaborating with the national head office to align branch operations with overall company objectives.

Profile:

A successful 'Branch Head North' should have:

- 10+ years of overall experience in the FMCG and Food industry.

- Candidate should come with cross-functional expertise

- Only Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA Colleges (Batch 2006-2010 only)

- Should have done at least 1 stint in North
