Job Synopsis :

- Appointing and developing appropriate channel partners as per the need of the territory.

- Executing effective retailing, including selling a range of products, merchandising, in-store promotion.

- Discovering sales opportunities and constantly expand the reach of products.

- Handle entire Branch Sales.

- Handle Budget for Branch.

- Handling budget for Fans, Lighting, Pumps, Appliances & B2B business.

- Handling team of ASM / TM.

- Exposure to the Distribution model.
