Branch Head/Manager - Banking Sector

"Branch Head / Branch Manager " - Banking Sector.

Looking for Branch Head / Branch Manager ( Operation ) for one of the leading banks in Noida location.

- Graduate / Postgraduate with 6-12 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales role in banking sector.

- Must have exp in Delhi / NCR.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Upkeep of the Branch and ATM

- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management

- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch

- Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained

- Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch

- Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated

- Comply with Bank's policies and processes

- Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services

- Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch

- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns

- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services

- Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards

- Ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets

- Ensure Audit related deliverable both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms

- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

Experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Fully conversant with MS Office

- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills

- Strong Decision-making ability

- Ability to manage complex client situations

- Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance

- Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative

- Openness to work in flexi hours

- Awareness on global and financial sectors

- Market knowledge of - Retail Banking'

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
