Job Summary :
We are looking to hire an HR individual for the Branch head who is experienced in bulk hiring typically on sales hiring with hands on expertise in knowing the talents across Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Pune. This role will be handling 70% of TA activity and 30% of operations. You will be managing the TM activities for the branch along with the hiring agenda.
Requirement :
- 4 -8 years where 2 years min in Talent Acquisition - Bulk Hiring (Field Sales/Outbound sales)
- Added advantage would be Talent Management experience along with TA.
- Experience across any of the Industries - BPO/Service/Competition/Insurance
- TMG (Hire to retire) good to have along with good verbal & written
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience
- Stability: 2 yrs & above in particular organization is minimum
Role & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for driving hiring agenda for the branch (which will contribute to 70% of his/ her profile), stakeholders management and to perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- The person will be in situations to handle with his/ her strong communication, Presentation skills, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Relationship, Negotiation skills and knowledge on use of Job portals and boards
