- Take responsibility for end-to-end sales for the western region from inventory and resource management and drive SOP adherence for all processes; ensure each channel performs in terms of SOP adherence, sales target achievement and operationally in efficient way
Responsibilities :
- Achieve topline & bottom line revenue as per budget across channel, Revenue and outstanding , Achieve sell-through Targets and achieve target of opening new stores/distributors per budgets; Ensure Increasing Market Share & Shelf share.
- Relationship management across Channels of sales
- Own KPIs around ATV, Conversion, Basket Size, No. of bills, Category wise sales and total sales, LTL Growth, Revenue & Receivables
- Take ownership for store level OPEX & Cost optimization Maintain Optimum inventory at store & department level; Optimize utilization with respect of BTL marketing activities at store level.
- Monitor and track category performance across stores and keep a track on Fresh Sales and EoSS sales; Perform Sales Analysis, Market Analysis, Competition Analysis, Store Performance Analysis, Feasibility Analysis for new locations.
- People Management - Team Development and succession planning; Review performance department wise; Manpower deployment, development and productivity as per norms. Attrition Management. Employee Engagement programs at store level. Incentive programs, R&R at store level.
- Drive SOP Adherence; Review and align training based on mystery shopping scores; Ensure compliance to cash and stock reconciliation and ensure there are no leakages
- Cross Functional alignment - Collaboration with VM, Branding, Marketing, Design, Finance, Sales Operation team, supply chain team
- Franchise relationships, coordination between back end and franchise with respect to all commercial related terms.
