Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic buyer relationships and manage the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management to continuously improve the supply base's delivery of goods and services.
- Travel inside countries for sales agendas and different potential markets to identify buyers and build relationships and good terms with wholesalers, distributors, and snack companies.
- Responsible for managing sales and marketing operations within the country and market penetration. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue growth, sales targets and Branch development
- Handling team, showing leadership qualities to nurture and develop the branch staffs.
- Be the part of Hiring Process, ensure manpower requirements are identified and filled when needed
- Oversee strategic and annual planning& budgeting processes of the branch concerning sales
- Focus on profitability and cash-to-cash cycles
- Follow credit control and credit limits as advised and approved for sales related to customers and branches.
- Timely collection management for branch sales
- Responsible for the ongoing management of sales strategy and activities, branch growth, market penetration, and ensuring optimal buyer/supplier performance and price.
- Work alongside the global head team in contributing to overall branch business objectives.
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities; constantly check stock levels at the branch; and ensure seasonalities are well met with supply.
- If supporting just-in-time supplies to local snack companies, ensure delivery and documentation are on time.
- Strong financial acumen, ability to read and comprehend tasks such as counterparty, credit risk management and branch profitability parameters
- Managing team members, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Focus and contribute to sustainability initiatives of the group initiatives for the branch
