Responsible for driving Sales Development initiatives for the region in line with Channel Strategy aimed at improving Network Health, Display and embedment of Sales processes and tools. Responsible for training of sales teams to improve Product and Line Structure understanding.

- Drive Network Health for the region, including, distribution planning and execution to improve width and depth of distribution

- Analyze territory wise network, find opportunities and share with sales teams to improve network. Leverage internal mapping and external research data and analytics.

- Drive specific regional business projects on geography and/or channel axis as directed by the Regional Head

- Work on implementation of "Distributor Connect project" within the region to streamline and automate the sales processes in each and every distributor within the region.

- Drive display distribution, plangram design and range display execution in stores in coordination with sales and trade marketing teams within the region.

- Embed pmr concept and tools within the region- target group BM/BSMs/BCMs - embedment of Global pricing system tool usage for margin analysis.

- Train and embed online usage of advanced planning and optimization tool for improving forecasting ability of the branches within the region.

- Plan and execute product line structure training to all sales team members within the region in coordination with Category marketing and sales teams

Candidates having 8-15 years of experience in consumer durable industry/FMCG or other similar trade based industries (Paints/Tyres/Luggage/Telecom Hardware/IT Hardware) are required for this position.
