Primary Responsibilities : - Monitoring & Driving Regional operations. - Designing & implementing operational processes, system & policies - Monitoring Quality & Training - Client connects programs to be planned, implemented & driven. - P&L & budget monitoring and control - Ensuring & supplementing growth of the business - Ensuring smooth functioning of backend support systems - Driving & evaluating departmental PMS - Driving and implementation of automation in operations. - Supporting DSO as per the set target Secondary Responsibilities : - Survey for new and existing site - Audit for existing account - Monitoring Quality & Training - Client connects programs to be planned, implemented & driven. - Monthly review with all respective account along with client - Planning to maintain budget and control expenses. - Drive process and KPI as per Business requirement - Strategic planning to streamlining operations and Enhance service quality. - Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are prepared and submitted within the TAT. - Ensuring maintain all inventory and per stock for Uniform, Material, Machines and Deployment - Reporting Structure/Hierarchy Additional Skillsets : - Command in English communication - Good presentation skills - Experience in attending high level meetings. - Process oriented. - Excellent Team Management Skills - Operational Troubleshooting Skills - Time Management - Should Have an Eye for Detail - MIS Preparation & Reporting - IT Skills Requirement MS - Office Package, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Survey, and attendance
