Responsibilities:

- Branch Profitability & managing Expenses (P&L)

- Working on increasing customer base and branch book size

- Generating maximum Revenue for the branch/bank

- Leading, nurturing & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets

- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members.

- Manage entire Branch Operations

- Supervising the team for managing branch walk in customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and focused product sales.

- Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
