Position - Branch Head
Location- Mumbai(Near Western Line)
Age- Up to 40 Years.
Role & Responsibilities-
- Upkeep of the Branch and ATM.
- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management.
- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.
- Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained.
- Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch.
- Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated.
- Comply with Bank's policies and processes.
- Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services.
- Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services.
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards.
- Ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets.
- Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
Key Performance Indicators-
- % of Business achievement vs. Targets (across products).
- Rating of cluster in health report published by OSD.
- % attrition of manpower.
- # of frauds / customer complaints in cluster.
- % employees certified as per mandate by management.
