We are looking for Sales professional from Advertising/Telecom background with 10 - 13 years of experience for a Senior level role in one of the leading Newspapers.
Job Profile
- Ideally from a Marketing, Ad Sales background leading a team of Marketing / Sales professionals.
- Establishing sales strategies and its implementation.
- Relationship management with key stakeholders/Agencies/Clients and channels for business development.
- Develops and implements strategic tools to manage and increase the efficacy of the sales operations by sales reports & KPI analysis; inventory management etc.
- Generating revenue & volume for the group through maximum utilization of the brands
- Ensuring optimum market penetration and achievement of targeted collection
- Achievement of the Monthly / Quarterly targets through Ad sales and Customized Ground Activations for selected key client
- Generating Sales through (Mapping Clients, Identifying USPs, Building and making a compelling pitch, negotiations / closure & servicing)
- Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media Agencies & Client (Brand, Product & MARCOM) to ensure sales.
- Work closely with Creative & Production teams to ensure superior execution of all Assignments
- Understanding the client business, building & nurturing relationships.
- Ability to represent organization externally.
