- Sales & Business Growth, Demand Forecasting, Working Capital Mgt. (Stock & Debtors), Dealer management & Statutory Compliance
- Area wise/customer wise/product wise revenue analysis
- Per person productivity in terms of sales at division level
- Ensure proper liquidation of debtors and inventory management
- Review of extra discount cases on periodical basis and analysis of its impact on sales
- No of visit to dealers (De-growth or service/payment issue/potential growth)
- Partnering with Br Sales Head for Sales, Business & network Growth
- Analysis of total business growth, competition share and overall business share on quarterly basis
- Have continuous vigil on market status, its trend, intelligence and developing strategy with key stakeholders.
- Review of Sales target vs actual achievement, growth analysis and reasoning of gaps
- Analysis of revenue due to particular scheme launch
- Effectiveness of promotions/exhibitions/advertisement in particular area
- Review of Trial Balance, Working Capital Management
- To Ensure Full Compliance.
- To review Warehouse Operations. Review Cancelled Invoices, Rate Difference Cases, review of Commercial & Other returns
- Ensure Full compliance of SOPs
- Ensure that processes are reviewed regularly for automation and taken up with IT team for exploring the same.
- Review of all Branch Team Operations.
