JOB PURPOSE (Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall objective of the company):

Role Description:

- This individual should be having experience in Real Estate domain such as review of title and corporate due diligence reports, and would also be responsible for drafting and vetting of term sheets, sale deeds, joint development agreements, share purchase agreement, shareholder agreements, service agreements, and co-ordination with external legal vendors, revenue authorities, statutory authorities on a day to day basis.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job):

Responsibilities:

- Undertake drafting and review of real estate transaction documentation

- Undertake preliminary title due diligence reports for real estate transaction

- Review title due diligence reports prepared by third party legal vendors and Highlight discrepancies in the title of the land

- Maintaining standard documents and standardize checklists

- Cross check and review license and title documents and form preliminary opinion

- Review and vet loan / NCDs documents, and related Agreements

- Drafting of miscellaneous documents

- All legal compliances related with mortgages

- Approval on independently carried out revisions in transaction documents

- Recommendation made by external legal in diligence reports

- Commercials, indemnities and such other obligations

- External Counsels/ Lawyer Panels - Relationship management and guidance on transactions and documentation
