Brainvire Infotech - Project Manager - Web & Mobile

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.

- Lead project kick-off meetings, sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.

- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address any deviations from the plan.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.

- Resolve conflict effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

- Manage client expectations.

- Possess a strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality.

- Oversee the testing and deployment process.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management.

- Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA from a reputed institute is a plus).

- 9-14 years of experience in project management, specifically in web and mobile application development.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g, Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with managing remote teams is a plus.

- PMP or similar certification is a plus
