Brainvire Infotech - Project Manager - Magento

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and timelines.

- Lead project kick-off meetings, sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.

- Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project workflow effectively.

- Possess a deep understanding of Magento architecture, functionalities, and best practices.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance of Magento solutions.

- Oversee Magento implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Understand Magento extensions and integrations, and be able to guide teams on their usage.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.

- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

- Track and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project goals.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Magento solutions that meet client requirements.

- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.

- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 9-14 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on Magento eCommerce projects.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex Magento projects.

- In-depth knowledge of Magento platform, including Magento 2.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g, Jira, Asana, Trello).

- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Experience working with offshore and onshore development teams.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices
