Job Description : 

Your job responsibilities will include

Recruitment :

- Taking care of end to end processes within Talent Acquisition across the business line/Functions.

- To ensure recruitment TAT is as per guidelines

- To manage HR Operations within the budget cost

- To ensuring effective on-boarding, joining and induction for new joiners

Payroll :

- Will be responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing and related compliance for staff in coordination with the finance department

Statutory Compliances :

- Handling regulatory compliance under different labour & Industrial Acts like PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.

HR Policies : 

- Formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.

- Handle employee grievances and to report them periodically to CEO

PMS : 

- Run Performance management process.

- Handling general HR & Administration matters.

Qualifications and Skills : 

XLRI / MBA - Master's Degree (HR Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills.

- People Management 

- Engagement

- Dealing with Complexity
