Co-founder: Sales / Business Development Head

The role is to be part of the founding team of an IT Consulting/Services organization that is focused on providing comprehensive solutions to clients in areas such as Mobile, Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities :

- Complete ownership of Revenue Targets

- Complete ownership of maintaining CSAT

- Go to market strategy, positioning and branding

- Must have the potential to acquire and retain long term clients

- Must be able to wear multiple hats in startup environment and always willing to learn

- Understand the client needs and work collaboratively with the internal team to propose the best customized solution to client.

- Complete ownership and accountability to provide pricing and solution to client.

Desired Profile :

- Must have in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the IT services industry.

- Must have worked in similar or junior role in small to mid size IT services company

- Ability to convince, handle objections, and closing big-sized deals quickly.

- Excellent contacts in the overseas market, US, Europe and Asia.

- Ability to conduct meetings independently with clients ('C' level executives)

- Should have business visa for US, Europe and Asia.

Note : There is no compensation initially, only equity stake will be offered. As the co-founder, you will draw equal salary as will be drawn by the founder after few months.
