I am looking for a cofounder who is hands-on in Business Development and Marketing. The candidate should have the ability to identify ground-level complexities and skills to solve problems at granular levels. Above all, the candidate should be enthusiastic about improving education in the K-12 segment and have the zeal to learn and improve both the organization and oneself.

About Brainlinks:

I started Brainlinks.club after talking to a good number of parents and students. Most students face problems in learning fundamentals and practical application of subjects in the current education setup in India. Brain links long-term vision is to create an alternative to current post-school tuitions where fundamentals and practical application of subjects can be taught parallel to academics.

Responsibilities

1. Define and implement GTM strategies for the current product.

2. Define user persona and cost-efficient marketing strategies

3. Work with Interns and hire them if needed for business dev needs

4. Design marketing material (Brochure, Pamphlets, Cards etc.)

5. Working towards creating a brand name and brand awareness amongst parents and students (strategies and implementation).

6. Identify the KPIs and set the plan to use them efficiently

7. Implement a company-wide culture

Qualifications and Skills

1. Hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing

2. Hands-on experience in formulating strategies for business development

3. Have experience and capability to work across multiple roles (Marketer, Sales, Design, Networking)

4. Experienced in EduTech (K-12 Indian market experience is a plus)

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. From Tier-1 Institutes (IIT, IIM, NIT, BITS, IVY-LEAGUE)
