Job description: Research Analyst – Real Estate
Brack Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst. This position will be a part of the real estate team acquiring and managing a large portfolio of real estate investments. The portfolio includes land development, single family development, multi-family, industrial, and office. The company acquires properties either directly or through major real estate operating partners. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, create internal real estate financial modeling, audit financial models of real estate operating partners, model complex real estate structures, scenarios and transactions, investigate markets and comparable properties to prove financial underwriting assumptions, coordinate and participate in due diligence of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, perform financial analysis on assets under ownership, and work with Asset Managers in creating property variance budgets.

Market Research:
- Analyze and review third party market research reports quarterly and notifying team of relevant trends and/or changes in target markets
- Prepare and or update quarterly pipeline reports for targeted markets
- Assist with specific strategic market analysis to identified submarket to assess the viability of an existing or proposed project
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment real estate financial analysis
- Extensive financial modeling using Excel (expert Excel user)
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business (MBA in business, real estate or construction preferred)
- Knowledge of real estate terms, fundamentals and markets
- Proven ability in real estate financial analysis (Acquisitions, Debt, Dispositions, Valuations and return metrics NPV, IRR, etc.)
- Experience in Due Diligence and financial reporting/budget reviews
- Experience in modeling distributions of complex real estate partnership structures
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Travel 10%
Work Exp : 1-2 years and can be more.
