Brack Capital - Analyst - Real Estate Investments & Asset Management

Role Summary :

- Evaluation of real estate deals including market research, financial modelling, investment analysis

- Tracking the real estate market - including regulatory updates and recent transactions

- Prepare periodic reports on the real estate market and present it to the senior management

- Liaise with real estate agents / property advisors and generate regular deal flow

- Assist the senior management in complete due diligence and acquisition process

- Coordinate with lawyers and advisors during the transaction process

- Brainstorm and formulate new investment ideas in the Indian real estate industry

- Assist in the asset management of the existing real estate projects and new acquisitions

Requirements :

- MBA/ Masters from top tier institutes - CFA preferred

- 1-2 years experience in financial modelling/ business research / consulting

- Candidates from IPCs preferred

- Should be well versed with the Indian real estate industry and terminology

- Should have excellent writing skills - the individual is required to write investment memo

- Experience in preparing reports based on media articles, company analysis and regulatory updates

- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Sound analytical and communication skills

- Strong finance domain knowledge

- Willing to travel and undertake research on ground

- Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure.

- Should be very comfortable with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- To perform this role successfully, an individual must be warm and tactical in getting information
