BPR/Ops Strategy Manager

Opening for the position of Manager

Looking for candidates having experience into Business Process Re Engineering into Service Sector

Experience:

- Min 5-10 years experience in operations strategy, operating model design, business process re-engineering, enterprise cost reduction, shared services and/or outsourcing

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Operational strategy and target operating model design, Outsourcing and shared services design, and Enterprise cost reduction

- Develop target operating model for business support functions

- Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost levers for enterprise-wide cost reduction

- Critically examine and analyze business processes across sourcing and procurement, supply chain, finance and business operations to recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and controls

- Define service level agreements and performance metrics across business processes

- Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solutioning, diagnostics etc.)
